    http://thinkprogress.org/2010/07/13/north-iowa-tea-party-displays-billboard-comparing-obama-to-hitler/

Apparently, the teabaggers didn't realize that they were supposed to tone down the racist and extremist propaganda until after the election.

A local tea party coordinator admitted after the reaction to the billboard blew up that he now realizes that the billboard goes where "the tea party doesn't want to be".
However - public relations disaster issue aside - the coordinator also opined that "everything Obama has done is in lockstep with what Hitler did in his day".
Obviously, he and his fellow teabaggers don't take back the baseless and BS Hitler comparison, they just regret that they goofed up and made the comparison in such a big and public way.

This is what they've been from the beginning. They keep trying to hide it, for political reasons, as their Republican Party advisors tell them, but it keeps coming out, their natural urge.

Way out there, on beyond the lunatic fringe, more commonly known as the Republican party, you'll find the Teabaggers !

    It's the typical "Republican" message
Up is down - black is white and yes is no
They've been doing it for years and the public has come to expect it and lets it go on unchecked

From the telling us that they are fiscally conservative and spending us into oblivion all the while while pointing their fingers at the democrats for spending
Telling us that they are for less government while expanding governmental control left and right

and the Teaparty line has merely been an extrapolation

They sure do have an obsession with Hitler. Every chance they get they love to have his image appear.

    HaHa...

The racist reaction to our Nation's 44th President is quite typical (and unfortunately, expected). For most of these Tea AssHats, it matters NOT what policies this President is proposing, nor does it matter if those very policies will benefit them and their families. What matters quite simply is this President's Race. PLAIN and SIMPLE!

I can only laugh at the dissonance that must be taking place in the minds of some teabag racist whites and uncle tom blacks icon_lol.gif.I hope you enjoy looking at your Black President for the next 2 1/2 years; because I'll thoroughly enjoy watching your reactions to him...LOL

Obama does share some attributes of both Hitler and Marx.

The billboard is very "effective" at revealing the hateful lunatic fringe teabaggers for what they really are.
Out of touch with reality, far from the mainstream, and not credible as a political force.

The only "truth" contained in the billboard is the ugly as sin truth about who the teabaggers really are.

I don't care about some poll with a loaded question. And I, nor anyone I know has ever been called for one of those silly polls, so Meh! The more appropiate question should be: "Do you feel the President's policies will help the country"? To which I would answer YES...

And BTW, this thread isn't about some poll you managed to pull out of your ass, it's about the RACISM among the Tea Asshats..

    Stay on Topic icon_idea.gif

Only 13% Believe Obama's Policies Are Helping Them

    And................

New polls give Obama a vote of no confidence

"Another poll, conducted by the liberal group Democracy Corps, offers little in the way of encouragement. A remarkable 55 percent of those queried think Obama is a “socialist” against 39 percent who don't. The same poll shows 48 percent support for Republicans against just 42 percent for Democrats. These numbers, along with those from an ABC-Washington Post poll that shows the president's approval ratings closing in on 40 percent, suggest more strongly than ever that the fall midterm elections will be a referendum on Obama."

The link you posted is a link to a right-wing website.
It OPINES that the election will "be a referendum about Obama"?
That must be the new Republican talking point on the election.
Previously the right-wingers were saying the election would be all about the HCR bill.
Both bits of right-wing spin are BS.

Anyway, if it were true that the election is going to be a referendum on Obama, that would hardly be a bad thing for the Democrats.
Obama remains the most popular political entity on the political landsacape.
He's far more popular than the Democrats or Republicans in Congress.

What the polls ACTUALLY show is voter dissatisfaction with all politicians in both parties.
Yes, Obama's numbers are lower now, but his numbers are still much higher than the Democrats and the Republicans.
And the fact that the Republican party ranks the lowest SHOULD BE deeply depressing to Republicans.
After a year of teabagging lying and trying to rewite history, the Repubs may have hurt Obama and the Democrats, and soured the American people, but they've also hurt themselves as much or more, and they remain tremendously unpopular.
If that continues and Republicans can't raise their favorables, they'll have a difficult time making large gains in Nov.

The overwhelming majority of these tea baggers are a bunch of mentally unstable, right wing extremists that want to go back to the so called "good old days" when women, minorities, and gays were oppressed and discriminated against by the mainstream.

SouthBeach, hey man where have you been all this time. The valid proof about these tea baggers is already out there. It is quite well known what the tea baggers intended political agenda is for the US and it is not only smaller government and less taxes, that is only a facade.

    SB's Request

Of the 45% of Whites who either strongly or somewhat approve of the Teaparty movement. Of those, only 35% believe Blacks to be hardworking, only 45 % believe Blacks are intelligent, and only 41% think that Blacks are trustworthy. Perceptions of Latinos aren’t much different. While 54% of White Tea Party supporters believe Latinos to be hardworking, only 44% think them intelligent, and even fewer, 42% of Tea Party supporters believe Latinos to be trustworthy. When it comes to gays and lesbians, White Tea Party supporters also hold negative attitudes. Only 36% think gay and lesbian couples should be allowed to adopt children, and just 17% are in favor of same-sex marriage.

That's outrageous slander of both Obama and Marx. Neither of them were fascist dictators who exterminated 6 million people. Agree or disagree with Marx or Obama's policies, but to compare either man to Hitler proves that these douchebags have no rational arguments regarding policy.

Also, note that I didn't use the standard liberal RJ'er attack mantra of "Of course it's a flawed report, it's not conducted by a mainstream news organization" but I'll refrain from that.

Hehe ... You're given what you ask for Then you spew drivel about how it can't be correct because it doesn't question THE MAINSTREAM VIEW ?? icon_rolleyes.gif

    WTF?? Mainstream View?

When 44% of White people who are supporters of the teaparty movement think latinos are intelligent
Where are you gonna find A MAINSTREAM VIEW?
That's the point ................................... These Aren't Mainstream Views
They are the views of a small but albeit vocal radical fringe group who need to be ridiculed at every given point

People seem to forget his mother was white. Obama is of mixed race, biracial or mulatto. We've yet to have a 100% African American president. If someone's parents are say Irish and German, then their children's nationality would be 1/2 Irish, 1/2 German.

Despite that, in American society if you are half white your non white side takes dominance of your racial identity (as viewed by others). This is especially true in half black half white people.

Well, after this thread, we have established that southbeach is an anti-Black, anti-minority racist. It is impossible to interpret his own words any other way.

Can we just be done with him? Or does anyone wish to endorse his views? Please speak up...

As you post it I think as race goes the German & Irish citizens would be Caucasian. If your Parents were both black but your Mother from England and your father from Germany then you would share nationality, however your race would be black.

When it comes to nationality President Obama is a American regardless if both parents are of different race.

Did anybody catch yesterday's episode of the Glenn Beck Comedy Hour?
He had on 4 or 5 black Republicans to rebut the NAACP's call for the tea party to stamp out the racist elements of the tea party.
These black Republicans reamed the NAACP for blocking progress for black Americans (???!!!), and for supporting progressives over conservatives.
They repeatedly stated that blacks who care about civil rights should be teabaggers.

It was one of the most outrageously dishonest things I've ever seen on Fox.
    And that's saying something.
