Anybody have any good ideas on how to stretch pant legs in the thigh area? I'm a small guy (29-30 waist) but have unusually large thighs for a guy my size. All of my jeans fit fine in the waste and the butt, but some of the more designer pairs (Diesel mostly) are really tight around the thigh area. Wondering if anybody has experienced this problem and what ya did to stretch out your jeans?

I know a lot of guys who have that problem, and they usually end up having to buy pants with bigger waist sizes. Your gonna have to find a jean that is a little more relaxed in the thigh and you won't really find that with designer clothing, try Levis Relaxed Boot 527, they aren't baggy at all, but they do tend to feel more comfortable on the thighs...

I like Levis... well, I think they are ok. I have three pair of Diesels tho because I love the way they give me an ass (I'm a skinny guy so without them I tend to have no ass to speak of without a little help from some buttlifting jeans).

I've had this problem all my life. Sorry to say, but some pants are just not made for you. Levis were the bane of my existence. Stretching pants isn't going to work. You need to find jeans with more of an "easy" fit. If you're buying Diesel, then it sounds like labels are important to you. Find out if they have a cut that's more appropriate for you. Then, to minimize shrinkage, wash them in cold water and let them air dry.

I am 5'8" and have a 31 waist (although I think I can easily fit into a 30 if not for my thighs). Like you, nice sized thighs from playing soccer all my life.
I agree with the guy that said you may have to go up in waist size to find a jean with a relaxed thigh. As I said I usually buy 31 or 32s to get relaxed. I feel constrained and desperate when I get fitted jeans around my thighs.

But... if you like Diesel, you may try the QURATT model. It is a relaxed one. I got one this summer (31 waist) and the gap in my waist is not too bad. Great fit around my ass and not constraining around my thighs.... in other words.... for a Diesel... fits me good... My friends like the fit. And best of all, I'm comfortable in them.....icon_smile.gif

You can probably have them resized to about an inch if possible, depending on the jean you are wearing...unless you want to go a size higher and tightened the belt more.... icon_idea.gif

Same problem. My waist is about 28/29 but anything below 30 loose feels like death by pants!

I checked your profile for thigh pictures. There were none. This makes me sad.

All right, anyway, back to your question. This is how my barber used to put it, when I was still paying for haircuts: "This haircut is one-way. If I cut off too much in one spot I have to go over all the other spots to even it out. So stop squirming!"

Your pants are one-way too, silly. Buy pants that fit in the thigh, and get the waist, ass and length tailored.

I too have the same problem. Easy or loose fit is the way to go.
