My doctor recently rx'd me Adipex. I was wondering if anyone else had used this or knew of someone who did. According to my research it doesn't have any hardcore side effects (none like Alli does)

I am just a little nervous about it... its and appetite suppressor and stimulant (phentermine) and I want to know how others responded to it.

I've never tried it, but if you're going to post on here I will tell you to brace for the attack. A lot of people on here will flame you just for thinking about any sort of medical/pharmaceutical intervention. Good luck!icon_biggrin.gif

Totally understand what you mean here- BUT - I have been on a doctor guided fitness and eating plan for almost 2 years now. It has resulted in a increase of muscle mass and increased fitness level, but haven't lost a single ounce of fat (as documented in body pod sessions)

So- I am ready for it. If someone else can come up with another way to reduce my weight induced knee pain - go for it.

BTW: im 6'5" 283lbs. 200 of which are lean mass, I eat around 2000 calories a day in clean foods. Workout 6 days a week for 1.5 hours each.
