    5.17 miles easy in 41:49. Trying to keep my easy runs between 8:00 & 8:30 a mile.

    just a warmup run yesterday before weights. 3.1 miles, 20min49sec. Looks like today we're in for rain so I think i'm going to have to torture myself with 8 miles on the treadmill tonight. I'm just glad i got my medium run in on tuesday.

    8:00 is a GREAT pace. easy for you=tough for me.

    Wait a minute. You're running 3 miles at under 7 minutes a mile? That's not race pace, I guess, but it's pretty fast for a warmup. icon_smile.gif

    Race pace - no. I could never do that in a race. never never never.
    The only goal is to get the blood pumping before hitting weights (and to get my mileage pumped up on my nike+ since i'm 88 miles away from hitting the Blue level)
