I have totally lost track of how many cases there are going to be going to the Supreme Court in regards to Marriage Equality and other GLBT civil rights issues.

I honestly think that we are right on the verge of winning equal rights, decided by the United States Supreme Court.

Of course, the 4 old reliable fools will vote to keep us down, with a blatant disregard for the Fourteenth Amendment. The 4 on the left will support us.

And, that, as so often is the case, leaves Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Maybe I still have too much faith in the Court following the rule of law, regardless of their activist opinions (especially after Bush v. Gore, and the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission decisions).

But, Justice Kennedy can't be blind to the fact that gay rights are becoming law at a quicker and quicker pace, all over the world.

I think that we'll soon see...
