Aside from my four times a week weigh training, this year I added a walking routine to my exercise schedule after I came back from a three weeks vacation earlier this year! During that time I did a lot of walking around sightseeing and such, and my body got to love it so much that I have become addicted to walking everyday.

I have experimented with fitting a schedule around my walking exercise since I also have a very busy working schedule! I can easily walk a total of seven to ten miles a day without getting tired and putting too much strain on my legs and feet. One thing I have observed thou is that when I walk everyday I don't see any rapid weight loss vs. when I take a rest or skip a day, that I noticed start shedding pounds off like magic? why is that? I have heard the fastest way to keep your weight in check is to be physically active everyday, but I am not sure if it is the most effective way? anyone have that experience? any thoughts or criticism will be greatly appreciated!

Hey ...the body is very adaptable. its amazing when u dissect it . Now what ur experience is that. To answer the question though

    best walking ..

    treadmill ..

start off with 3.5 speed at a 10 in incline . when this gets easy always up the incline . do it for at least 45 min . if u do it right in the am on empty stomach will burn fast or after your weight lifting program caue that will attack ur goals of fat loss quicker.

if no access to gym PM and will show other ideas

You do need to rest at least couple days a week in order for you to recover .

    hope it helps ...

Walk close to jogging speed as possible without actually jogging.
Every few minutes, break out into a hard sprint for a 30 seconds or so, then back to walking.
    You'll lose weight FAST!
