I've never been much of a long distance runner. Just doing it for the cardio and burning calories. I would like to be able to run longer distances though to burn more.

I have to do sprints though because either my legs wear out or I just get outta breath and have to walk to catch up.

I am also recovering from plantar fasciitus, so that has slowed me down, but I try to stretch and have my inserts and ll that jazz.

Any tips on becoming a better runner for weight loss and etc?

We need to know where you are coming from.

How long have you been running?
What is the length of a typical run?
    What is your pace?

the treadmill on the end, under a fast spinning ceiling fan, in front of a tv, is the ONLY way i can run/walk. icon_wink.gif
