I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has both NO2 Explode and plain L Arginine and if the results were much different.

Currently on L-Arginine and i love it, dont really like to use other stuff like NO2, i personally didnt see any results from it, other than a crazy headache and muscle cramps, even with more than 2 gallons of water a day...

My fav supps at the moment

    1.FOOD
    2.Protein (whey)
    3. Glutamine
    4.L-Arginine
    5.Multi-Vitamins
    6.Fish/flaxseed oil
    7.WATER

I like it because it tastes good and it does work. But I only drink on workout days. And someone suggested I cycle it every six weeks so my body doesnt get used to it.
I do get that bloated feeling though.

I used to take NO Explode back when I first starting lifting weights. To each their own, but I had some pretty nasty side effects from it. My blood pressure went out the roof, I would get tingling sensations in my hands and feel. No doubt it gives one a great pump while as the gym, but the headaches and numbed hands just were not worth it.

After I stopped using the supplement I noticed that I wasn't getting headaches anymore and the tingling sensation subsided. Make sure to do your research online about a supplement brand before using it.

did absolutely nothing for me, nor did its siser product Cell Mass. Nitrix (from the same company), though, worked well for me.

I found increasing calories pre- and post-workout worked better than any one supplement, especially when coupled with a quick cup of coffee right before leaving for the gym.

This is the same sensation that Jack3d gives you, while it can be of concern to some users I find it great as I know I'll be able to fully complete my workout and possibly increase weights during the sets.

Bodybuilding.com com is a great reference and http://www.supplementreviews.com/ I recommend both!

I used to use it, but it fucks with my stomach too much. I'm currently trying out SuperPump250, and it's pretty damn awesome.

I using it a month ago, it does give a nice boost of energy for workout. Tastes good too.
Only thing once you are through one month, try taking a week off, that way your muscles can be adapted to the new weights you lift without support as well.

I've used NO Explode in the past and I found that you can get a "dizzying" caffeine high from it. I mean it's good if you can channel it right, but some days it fucked with me a little bit too much.

OH really? I Was taking this supplement called OxyElite Pro. That did that to me all the time. So I stopped. A buddy and his bro would take it to cut up and they loved it. So I thought I would try it. No good. But I was told NO2 would help with cutting and bulking.

It's definitely good for getting bigger. I will say that bout NO Explode. I take Elite pro now and I don't get nada from it aside just a better cutting process.

Um... is this about supplements or some sort of terrorist attack?

You know that NO2 is what gives the skies above cities that nasty orange color...

I use it on workout days.... but i only take one scoop. I have found that it gives me an extra boost... especially for days that i'm working with my trainer and he tries to kill me at the gym.

No crazy side effects.... how many scoops do you all take??

Is this helping more now? I remember reading your thread. I started off with NO Explode and I had mucho gains. I would still use it but BSN is a bit pricey and I don't like the added creatine effects.

    I've tried:
    NO explode and cell mass
super pump and size on (intra work out)

currently on no shotgun and no synthasize (intra work out)

Personally it's all the same i think.. Cell mass made me balloon up though when i was on it. I felt so bloated all the time (I wanted to gain size more than anything and someone told me to take cell mass twice a day (2 scoops). I gained a lot of size.. But when i looked in the mirror i basically saw myself as "puffy"

Now all i do is take NO shotgun and synthasize.. Then after my work out i have protine and glutamin.

No shotgun or synthasize has arginine in it already aswell as 18 grams of protien in it.

Best thing you can do is if you're curious about something (other than steroids and hgh) i'd say try it for yourself. what works for one person may not work for you.

ive tried no xplode, superpump 250, white flood, and jack3d...I found jack3d worked the best for me...after working 9 hours and driving 140miles (typically work day) it gives me the energy to hit the gym every night! besides that I do whey, glutamine, creatine, CLA and a super healthy diet (most of the time) and im slowly reaching my goal

Good job man! I'm glad your able to find time to work out after a long day of work and eating right which is a biggie.

If I were in your shoes I would struggle to even think about a work out, kudos man!

I've tried both... the plain L-arginine is helpful in the respect that it seems to help a little bit with energy and pumps but it's not as good as the no2 explode. Not nearly. The nice thing about the plain L-arginine is it doesn't have a bunch of additives that help upset the stomach. (I've always taken the pill form) Usually these are 500mg though unless you get the bigger onces at a nutrition store or something so to even notice anything, I have to take at least 4 of them. Sounds like a lot but that's really only 2g and if you look at how much some of those products have, it's really not that much. Personally I'd say if you can afford the no2 powder, get it. Otherwise, the plain L-arginine does help a little.
