Ah man, breakfast; I am the least hungry when I freshly wake up, in fact I find food revolting to eat at that time of the day. It takes me a couple of hours for my appetite to get up to speed. However, I know the importance of it so I just suck it up and eat eat eat! Eat as much as I can.
I don't have a typical breakfast, it is usually my weight gainer shake, cooked egg whites with my choice of veggies already mixed in, a banana, and some sort of kashi cereal high in fiber and protein, oh and a glass of milk. Not set in stone, all of the above I typically shake up with just whatever I have in the kitchen. Oh, and I love oatmeal.
If I'm on the run due to some obscure reason, the weight gainer shake is a life saver. Of course you are trying to lose some weight, so I wouldn't recommend one, they are loaded in calories for a purpose.
