Leaning out for competition

    Edit for clarity: I'm not attempting to enter a competition...just want the look to experience how it feels.

    I'm gonna start my shredding phase in another month or so, and would like to compile a list of different things people do to lean out. I know some, but would like to have more options to prevent monotony.

    So, what do you do to lean out for the "dry" look?

    Cycle those carbs, drink more water than you ever thought you could and get your ass to the gym 3x a day. Welcome to the world of pre-contest. Then a week before you want to show, it's all about no carbs, dehydration and keeping your legs in the air.

    believe me this works. but u have to be 10 to 12 percent bodyfat before doing this but this is very effective! I know several bodybuilders that have used this

    I started around 20% BF, currently at 11% BF, but shooting for 8% or less if possible. I know what I'm doing is working, but just want other ideas to toy with. Not trying to rush it, just starting to run out of dieting ideas since I never keep the same diet...get bored eating the same shit all the time. icon_lol.gif
