I started a workout routine and eating good one month ago. I have been at it every day. I work out with weights 3 x day and do cardio three days a week. Need one day to train my dogs. I am working at eating more. After growing up a fat kid and a chubby adult it is hard for me to eat a lot. I just want to thank you guys for your inspiration and advice. I love it and will be sticking with it. You all rock! icon_biggrin.gif

Congratulations and I bet your boyfriend loves it and is proud of you. Sometimes as gay men, we sometimes get stuck on the visual aspect that comes along with exercise and fitness. While this is good if it provides motivation, we can't forget the better living and health that comes along with it, so keep up the good work.
