I started a workout routine and eating good one month ago. I have been at it every day. I work out with weights 3 x day and do cardio three days a week. Need one day to train my dogs. I am working at eating more. After growing up a fat kid and a chubby adult it is hard for me to eat a lot. I just want to thank you guys for your inspiration and advice. I love it and will be sticking with it. You all rock!
