PECTORALS - INFORMATION PLEASE

    Firstly, I am not a member of a gym (no bucks).

    My problem is the shape of my pecs. Press-ups in various styles only seem to work on the the outer muscles, leaving me with not the that i do not desire.

    Any exercise tips for working on the centre of the chesting and building this area?


    i have pics is people are genuinely interested in helping my bedroom workout plight!

    Google on weight-free, body resistance, and military workout. There's a wealth of information online that you can sift through.

    You might consider rearranging your priorities. Most good gyms are less than 35 dollars a month.

    Flys pretty much work your whole chest pretty well. The action of pressing your pecs together will develop that inner part. I struggle with it as well.

    But really join a gym. If you want to see results, you have to have the right tools and put forth the effort. youth does not build muscle, hard work does.
