So I just embarked on a 3 day detox, called the Master Cleanse. A lot of you have probably heard of it since it got a lot of publicity when Beyonce embarked on it a few years back to lean up for Dream Girls.

I just wanted to know if there is anyone out there that has done it or familiar with it. I've always been a little apprehensive and skeptical of any detox simply because you're taking away nourishment but the main reason I'm doing it is to 'reset' my body, detox a little, and possibly lose some bad habits.
Plus I'm only doing it for three days so I'm not going hardcore ;-) I'm on day 2 and it's been a little difficult because I'm use to eating small meals every few hours. Any advice would be welcomed.
