I've been jogging for an hour three time a week and lifting weights four times a week for some time now. I'm seeing results and have lost some fat; however, I still have a little bit that needs to go around the belly area. My problem is that my face is a little bony looking. My body does not store fat equally, and it doesn't lose fat equally. I need more fat in the face and a little less around the stomach. What can be done?
