How long?

    How long should you wait to switch your workout routine? Once a month, every 3 months, or every 6 months?

    when it stops working. when ur weight gains arent comign . even if its only 2.5 pounds keep it .

    Mine? Every single workout. They are never the same. But they always encompass the muscles groups needed, and I push myself harder every workout...even if it's just an extra half rep. (does not apply to bench or dumbbell press) or a few extra curls or something with a light-med dumbbell after I'm "done."

    I also specialize in run-on sentences that start with a conjunction sometimes.
