While my body has become great,I now have a fat face with fat in my cheeks...what the fuck....Am I not doing enough cardio? Not eating well enough? Has this happened to anyone else? Need advice please!

I think you look great as is personally. They give you a youthful look you're gonna miss later in life.

Unless this has been a development after the photos in your profile, I don't see anything wrong. You look just fine. You're attractive. Stop worrying.

Well I feel your pain, I'm self-conscious about my cheeks! Though all of a sudden now I've kind of stopped worrying about them, looking at old pics of me as a baby and toddler..I've always had big cheeks so :p

You'll get over them eventually, trust me!

Yeah man, the only real way for you to have gained fat in your cheeks is for you to have gained fat in general... maybe if you gained muscle you didn't really notice, but I don't think the body ever changes the way it distributes fat. Try drinking more water and eating more veggies and lean proteins, and less refined carbs (and limit them toward the end of the day) and see if that, paired with working out, helps... can't imagine you look that bad though icon_wink.gif

lol, he is actually quite right. You should see my cheek bones, hahaha.

I don't have that problem but there is a fine line with this. You gotta eat practically nothing in my opinion. Salads! Then a lot of cardio! Lots of running everyday will help. I don't know what you eat but 86 the fast food and indulge once a week!

Maybe you should ask your doctor to see if there might be some kind of condition causing this, just to make sure it really is fat and not some kind of swelling.

I've tried the whey protein shakes on and off throughout my muscle gaining process. It worked but It seemed to me like I was gaining weight around my mid-section. My arms and upper body were getting bigger yes but each time I did I was conscious of it and I was running it off the next couple of days. Perhaps you could have the same issue? Maybe a reaction from it? I've heard that it does this but I don't agree with this happening to me, lol. I've since ditched the protein shakes and decided to go it alone. I'd rather maintain my mid-section, lol, than anything.

I want to have fat cheeks, I'm thinking of injecting myself somethin (not myself obviously a certified plastic surgeon). The grass is always greener...
