I met CC Swan in Wales in March. I wish I had had enough time to go back to London and see the show.

Wow. They just made Priscilla *even* gayer. I'm impressed!

I can't belive they even turned Priscilla Drag Queen's in the Desert into a play, let alone people in other countries paying to watch it, but they pay to watch ex pat to Kyle chirp.

Anyone have tickets to the NY Premiere Sunday?

Lots of hype might - they get a decent run. Folks lining up at the stage doors to meet Tony Sheldon.

They are doing two show stopping drag numbers on the Today Show this morning.

I've seen both the London version (about 3 wks ago) and the North American version when it was playing in Toronto in October-December. Brilliant and great fun.

On the whole I think the score from the London version was better, but obviously some of those numbers had to be re-considered for a North American audience (where Kylie wasn't the hit-machine she is elsewhere).

With a couple exceptions, the cast I saw in Toronto (most of whom have gone to Broadway) are a lot stronger. I'd never seen Nick Adams perform live before--just knew of him because of his ridiculously perfect body. I have to say, he's a really great performer, and one of the best at maintaining a fairly believable Australian accent! lol

Going to NYC in July, and just bought tickets to see Priscilla when we're down there. Looking forward to it!

    You're bitter about everything.

Are you a sockpuppet paid to post bitterness?
