I was talking with JPrichva about how much we love this game and so I decided to start a RJ Glad Club.

Find something to be Glad about in your situation

Pollyanna had an important message for all of us about the power of positive thinking, the value of trust and the insignificant cost of failure. Join fellow Glad Gamers to make a special place for cheerfulness and encouragement.

I´m glad that I was on the lawn and that there is a beach near by that I can walk on instead.

I'm glad I stopped listening to country music, and any other music that has lyrics about sad times. Ever since I switch to pop and techno, I've had a much more positive outlook on life. Country always made me wanna get drunk, curl up in a ball, and cry all night.

I play a 'glad game' with the dogs. When one of them is in an overly rambunctious mood (leaping onto my stomach, oof, or trying to pull off my socks and grabbing a toe, owww) I hug up him or her up and do a whole Pepe LePeu number on them.

I'm glad to love 'em and they're glad to get away, lol.

    Here. like this:

I'm glad my bottle of sunscreen is empty.
Means not only have I gone thru two bottles so far this year, but I'm being safe (skin cancer ain't pretty), AND I'm still getting sunshine!
    WOOT!

Off to the creek ( translate, off to pressure wash a house with some friends, then lay in the creek with a bottle of Danny's Favorite Banana Runt flavored Rum!)

I'm glad that on Thursday, I had an interview and 5 minutes after the interview, I was given an offer which I accepted. On that same day, my rent was being paid so that I am not being evicted and on top of that, on the same day, Congress extended the unemployment benefits so that me being one of the 3 million folks who lost them back in June will get the retroactive weeks back. I won't need to continue filing after next week, but am glad to be able to have the money (North Carolina will take a bit) to get much needed things back on track after 3 months. So yeah, I am exceedingly glad for what happened Thursday!

Thanks fellas. It has been rough and the roughness will last a bit longer until the 1st paycheck comes in, but that is a very bright light up ahead.icon_biggrin.gif

I'm glad someone on here or a few are still positive amidst all the negative rants and raves about all their personal feelings on any and everything. Its rare I get to post something in here without it being a negative stance or honest one. Being happy is something I'm glad to be on a daily basis.

I'm really glad we bought a new surround sound system yesterday and we both install it and it only took us three hours lol We also while doing that decided to spring clean icon_cool.gif

I'm glad that I feel glad because other people are glad.

I'm glad that I am looking out the window at my beautiful blooming daylilies even though I ended up with two seriously inflamed tendons in my left shoulder from digging the planting bed for them.

I'm glad the nice doctor gave me two steroid shots (heaven in a syringe) in my left shoulder so I could move my arm again.

I'm glad my happy cat Tom Tom Tiger is sitting beside me purring.

    I'm glad I'm gay.

    I'm just freakin' glad.

I feel better. I might just make this a daily ritual. Brilliant forum.

Have much to be grateful for... to begin with, life and health.

Its a happy life one in which I can contemplate the improvement of my life and health by participation in this site and by exercise and wellness.
    Many don't have that luxury.
