I've always been let down by what I feel is my lack of outer pec definition. Most guys seem to have a definite outline which sweeps up towards their armpit, giving a definite outlinee that, but mine don't have that shape and no matter how many pec exercises i do, (flyes, wide grip presses etc) i don't get that look. Any ideas?

Our potential is determined by our genes, so you may not be able to achieve quite what you want.

But try dips. They work for me in that area.

    1. what are you doing (i.e. what exercises are you doing)? Not to sound like a douche, but are you absolutely sure you are doing them correctly?
    2. How much weight? sets? reps?
    3. Have you taken pictures to easily measure your growth?

    4. Generally pectoral muscle organization is the same...i.e. EVERYONE (assuming normal) has an upper and lower left and right pectoral muscle (major and minor); however, the actual external organization may be vastly different due to genetic makeup.

    Best of luck to ya!
