Running Log - 27 July

    Tried a bit of interval training today. Getting a little faster, but there's still work to do.

    3.17 miles in 23:40
    .67 = 4:54
    .5 = 3:06
    .5 = 4:02
    .5 = 3:06
    1.71 = 7:59

    Registered on a whim for the Memphis Marathon today. It's December 4, so that gives me 18 weeks beginning August 1. Haven't run a marathon in 6 years, but I used to live in Memphis and the race has been a siren call for a while now.

    Well, you've done it before, so you can definitely do it again.
    I'm looking forward to seeing your training regimen (for what I can steal!)
