So I have never given much thought to my piercings (5 of them). They were simply a way to rebel against my Midwestern hometown and drive my parents nuts. The longer I have had them though the more I have come to really love them. My cartilage, eyebrow, lip, and nipples they start conversations leading to friendships, have gotten me into parties, and can really be fun during sex. So I guess my question is how do you all feel about piercing? Yay or nay? Are they hot or not?

    hmm..

I have my ears pierced but that's it. Tongue piercings are childish to me ( I had one and took it out. It was stupid lol).

I think brow and ear and belly-button piercings are just fine.

Anything else is not attractive. If you go below the waist, it becomes gross.

I have ears, nipple and navel done. not into genital piercing, or tongue piercing as it destroys your teeth over time.

eyebrow piercing was such a fad over here, as was lip and tongue. i like em, but its about personal taste i think

i do not like peircings. Never attracted to them. Anything below the neck except the belly button is unattractive to me.

I have both ears lobes my cartilege and my daith done. Want to get my conch done as well as my belly button. also I used to have a tongue ring but my mom cried when she saw that so it came out.

I dislike genital piercings and facial piercings but anything in the ears I can handle as well as a nice nipple ring or belly ring.

personally i don't care for them. seems like they hurt too much and get in the way of an active lifestyle. but you're from bay city. that should be a great conversation starter - the bay city rollers.

I had my labret done, my tongue, and I've got my ears stretched to zero-gauge.

My ears are all I've got left.

Personally, I'm a BIG fan of symmetry when it comes to piercings - I'm not a big fan of eyebrow piercings simply because it feels like it throws the face off-balance, which is why I never got one. I wouldn't mind (and am still considering) getting my nipples done but as it stands now my ears are really all I'm keeping.

I've had tongue, lip, cartilage, industrial, and eyebrow piercings, and right now all I have are the industrial and cartilage piercing (industrial in right ear, single cartilage piercing in my right, with a ring.)

I like eyebrow piercings enough that I've had 3 of them; over time they always just work their way out or whatever. I lost my most recent eyebrow piercing just a month or so ago when I got an MRI; I had to take it out and afterwards, couldn't manage t get it back in, the piercing was so old.

I had my tongue barbell for years, and liked it, but eventually I was getting on a flight and realized one of the balls had come unscrewed and I'd swallowed it, so faced with the prospect of holding the bar in for a 6-hour flight, I took it out and tossed it in the trash. My boyfriend at the time admitted afterwards that he liked me better without it.

I had the lip ring for a few weeks, but it was healing slowly, was painful, got in the way of pretty much everything involving my mouth, and made a "clink" noise every time I put a glass to my mouth, which elicited giggles from everyone nearby. In the trash it went.

I like my industrial and cartilage piercings. I get compliments on them pretty regularly, and they don't get in the way of anything, they're not sensitive or painful, and they never need maintenance.

Dont have any myself, but like em. I'd have a PA if the BF didn't hate em.

I had both my nipples pierced for several years. My body rejected one of them and basically pushed it out. I had to take the other one out once and never managed to get it back in before it healed up. I liked them and wish i still had them. The only other thing I would get pierced is my eyebrow

GOOD: I gained sensitivity in my left nipple after I pierced it, and still have it. Also had my ears pierced with bamboo in the Himalayas so that I could be adopted into a family.

BAD: My dad always told me that guys'll go straight for your piercings in a fight...and my nipple piercing got ripped out in a sport climbing fall.

I find them hot, so long as it's not overboard. If they have a few piercings here and there, specially nipple piercings, I find that very attractive.

I plan to pierce my nipples eventually :).

Been there. Done that. Over it.

I came out at age 32 and had a second adolescence, during which, I got almost everything pierced. Eyebrow, both nipples, navel, frenum, and a PA. The eyebrow and navel piercings migrated too close to the surface, and I had to abandon them. I abandoned the frenum after a month because the placement was wrong. I never liked the feeling of the PA, and I stopped wearing the bar in it a long time ago. A few years ago, I actually inquired online about having the PA surgically closed up, and that $75 hole will cost $6000 to fix. Oh well, it won't kill me to pee out of two holes for the rest of my life. I took the rings out of my nipples when I started getting manboobs; no point in attracting even more attention to my chest.

The only unusual jewelry I wear any more is a 4ga stainless steel earlet in my left ear. That was my first ever piercing of any kind, and it began at a shopping mall piercing kiosk. I later stretched it out to 4ga.

I love them...not freaky ones...or overboard ones...but there cool as hell...I have my ears/cartilage, tongue, nipples and my Mr. Happy...I have done that one a few times...and I did it for the rush...I have sense taken them out...I was 18 at the time...but don't regret it...better than a tattoo I think. Don't like eyebrow ones though...along with waxing...those people are weirdo.

I would like to have my nipples pierced. I've been told i have a great chest and hot nipples... My nipples are very sensitive and that's why i'm a little afraid of losing that sensitivity in my nipples. I'm wired! But i think it'll be hot. Love guys with their nipples pierced. i don't really care for other body parts pierced.

i've had 10 piercings though i've now got 6 remaining. most people seem to think it's a phase you go through though personally for me it's a lifestyle choice. i dislike the notion of piercings as a trend though it is the main factor of keeping the industry running.

i think that they can make some people more appealing depending on their facial/body structure and how many they have. i would like to have a bridge but my small nose bridge wouldn't suit it or might even reject it.
it's strange to see myself without my earrings in and i couldn't picture myself without them in the future.

some guys wouldn't go down on me because i have a frenum which i don't really understand, could someone tell me why you wouldn't???

I can't think of a guy who's become more attractive by getting a piercing. Where I live, it seemed like piercings was what the boring people who just sat around and drank all the time did to feel... sexy or like they had attitude.
My exbf had some nipple rings in, but it wasn't that fun really.
I'd still date/be attracted to someone with piercings, but I don't think it's ever been the piercings that's made the deal for me. And some people like their own piercings more than they like you.

    People :: Metal

    I'd pick people. hehe

I recently had sex with a guy who has nipple rings. It was the first time I'd ever encountered that, and it was HOT! It felt great manipulating them with my tongue, and making him moan really turned me on. But it was our conversation that got me interested in the first place. The piercings were a bonus.

Piercings are only hot when people don't think that they make them hotter. I've known quite a few people with piercings and I do find them hot to some extent. Basically meaning pierce everything but your belly button. Cause I would like to date a man and not a chick. Sorry if that offends anyone. I once stopped talking to a guy because of something like that.

I have to say any piercings having to do with the head, you decide which one :p, are usually the best.

I like tongue rings, not so much the sight of them but the sound of them clicking against teeth. Its soothing.
