Someone told me about a motion detector camera app that could be used for all kinds of naughtiness. You just set your camera down and when it detects motion is snaps a photo.

Shapewriter (The best virtual keyboard I've used, even better than Swype IMO)
Google Listen (podcasts direct to you from anywhere)
    Wells Fargo
Touiteur (Pretty Twitter client, albeit lacking in some features)
    Twitter
Bump (fast and efficient sharing of contacts, photos, and apps)
Doubletwist (finally, a music app that doesn't split up albums by artist)
    Onion News Network (hilariousness)
Places Directory (quick surveys of the crappy establishments around you)
Runstar (for cardio nuts and stat nerds)
Google Mytracks (for stat nerds who don't necessarily like running but REALLY like stats)
Arity (for any math guys out there)
    Shazam/Soundhound (quick song identification)
Feedsquares (an elegant and full-featured Google Reader interface)
Google Voice (why pay for visual voicemail?)
OKCupid (if Facebook on Android was good, it'd look like this)

    Last FM
    Pandora
    SlackerRadio

(I get bored with radio stations a lot, but if you switch between these three ^ you hear more of a broad selection.)

    Helix Launcher
    Twitter
    My Verizon
    Astrid Tasks
    Google Voice
    MyTracks
    Springpad
AnyStopicon_biggrin.gifenver RTD (has local bus schedule, nearest bus / train stops, can route your path for you based on GPS, etc)
    Advanced Task Killer
    Mint
    ...

I haven't found a TON that I use, but there's really not much else I use my phone for besides music, communication, and GPS.

I've got an app that turns the camera light on so my phone can be used as a flashlight, but I don't have to use it often. The Mint app doesn't handle my new credit union, so it looks like I'll be starting work on developing an app that syncs GNUCash on my local computer to a small interface for my phone. I tend to not balance my checkbook by hand. Ever.
