Just a word of warning, mainly for people in the UK, Spain, and France. I had previously worked for a Vitamin and Supplement company, but quit due to their dishonesty and frauding the customer.

    Beware of Evitamins.com and 24supplements.com!

Quality over shear inexpensiveness or quantity is the way to go, especially if you want the investment to be worth it in terms of benefiting the body. You want to make sure that there is direct research backing up the contents and proving the effectiveness of what you're buying otherwise you could be throwing away your money.

I'd recommend what I take for a variety of reasons but it could be interpreted as promoting my own business so I'll refrain unless I'm PMed about it. However, I do at least recommend liquid and would stay away from pills and tablets that contain a lot of binders and fillers which adversely affects the level of absorption into the body.

Furthermore, everyone should be taking a daily all-in-one supplement, even if they think they are healthy enough.

www.fitnessone.com has good prices to both sides of the Canada/US border.

For within Canada, www.rippedcanadians.com is also good.

massnutrition is good but their free shipping doesn't cover optimum nutrition products (my favorite protein) so bodybuilding.com has been cheaper for me (plus, free shirts!)

my bb.com orders often come the very next day after I order; insanely fast shipping
