Looking For A Workout Plan

    so im looking for a good workout plan,

    i have 4 days a week 1 hour each day to work out,
    i want to tone,and build up muscle,but im not looking to get very big muscles,
    defined is my aim,

    i also need good concentration on my abs,stomach.

    And i dont want to do more than 20 min cardio,on these 4 days?

    any workout plan suggestions?

    There's a link at the top of the RJ page labeled, "Workout Plans." Maybe start there, and modify one to suit your needs.
