    I am planning on taking the first 2 weeks of August off from lifting. I will do some cardio though, but not too much. Should I still consume protein and eat as much?

    On cardio days, yes.
    On other days, cut back some on the food but keep the protein high because your muscles will need it to repair themselves from the past several weeks of work.
