As far as ditching 90+ pound dumbells on bench incline or straight, try bringing em onto your chest then pushing em up on end onto your upper thigh/pelvis. Then you can sit up and lower em one at a time without dropping em. On incline its easier to get em to your thighs to stand up.
But ditching em from the classic bench poition is asking for a rotator cuff issue even if you drop em.
Now what gets me people who litter the equipment with the weights they used and dont bother to rack em or put em back where they got em. Their workout time is more important than anyone elses?
