    Just wondering what kind of music pushes you, or motivates you before/during a good workout.

    It's the truth, too. icon_lol.gif I hardly ever workout with music playing.
    I do, however, occasionally run in place for cardio while listening to any random online techno radio.

    Depends on my mood; I have three or four workout playlists. If I'm in a good mood, either dance music or some techno from my rave days. Bad mood is usually metal. Pushing myself to do just one more rep/run one more mile is usually music that reminds me of shit in my past and moves me to prove some people wrong.

    Generally, the dance music that we have in spinning, which most people turn their nose up at. Mixed in with the occasional bit of strangeness, i.e. game music, film themes, and even a witty song from Phineas and Ferb.

    Whatever they play in the gym usually. Fortunately, its all the current and very recent popular music. I haven't been disappointed yet. I refuse to use my iPod as I don't want to be antisocial.

    When working out at home I listen to some really good 'doof doof' music like techno or electronica. ATB, Paul van Dyk, Kaskade, Sash, Sasha...

    Lol how whingy are you bitches about the gym lately?

    Thus far, this week, we've had people complaining about guys who:

    * dance
    * take up too much locker space
    * walk around naked
    * probably a few ohers I haven't mentioned.

    And now this!

    Take a valium beatches!
