I went to the market to get my food supplies for the week......I've been on a semi cut....(cutting down a lot on breads...pastas,etc....) Since I had been such a good boy diet wise....I decided to buy some bagels....to eat on and off during the week....I had my first bagel and the rest of the day ...I couldn't control myself....It was like I needed more carbs....I was crazed.....Has anyone experienced this?...and how did they handle the situation......??????....BUD....I lift heavy for an 1 1/2 hours 5 days a week....I run on average 30 miles a week......
