I drink a cuppa joe in the morning to wake me up. The brand is BONKA. It is a Euro brand so you probably can't buy in the USA. I make it wickedly strong and then add a tablespoon of honey and vanilla-flavoured soy milk.

I also drink iced tea but during the day. It is made from several different teas including green tea and decaf so I do not get a buzz. It is strickly a health drink and to maintain my weight from the cold infusion.

Since I don't drink coffee at all, I rely on a refreshing shower to get me up and going each morning.

I've been known to drink my first cup of coffee while in the shower.

And incredibleholk, a guy who never drinks coffee is like a guy who never masturbates...I just don't trust him! icon_lol.gif

    Oh. My. God.

*little voice* you heard that? *little voice*

I figured the rabid barking of every dog in the neighborhood safely drowned that out. Guess not.

    Oh dear. Horrors. Just...horrors.

With humble apologies ZDrew...I never intend to make anyone blush. I figured more of a singing the Bangles Manic Monday in the shower kinda guy rather than Debbie Gibson. Well...we can turn down the sound on the YouTube video and just watch so we don't hear Shake your love...I just can't shake your love. Like oh my god Buffy...like I saw that cd in the Galleria like in the bargain rack...gag me with a silver spoon.

Actually, today it was my goddess Shakira. She's like me...small, fiery, and these hips don't lie! icon_razz.gif

To get back on track, though, I recently tried giving up caffeine. Couldn't do it.

A bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee by 6:15 AM, then an hour later I hit the gym for my daily workout.
