Put in 17 miles today. Cooler here than it's been but still soaking wet with sweat.

Half Marathon yesterday. Not my finest moment. Officially clocked it at 1:55:37. I ran the first eight way too fast and was sucking wind after that.

    But! I beat Al Roker.
I beat some Real Housewife of NYC.
    I beat Giuliana Rancic.
I beat The Gay Bachelor, Jake Pavelka.
And most importantly of all, I beat my Gym Crush.

And I learned an important lesson about pacing myself appropriately.
