I was working out earlier and this guy about 6ft3, 240-250 caught my eye. He has the big arm/broad shoulders and back/thick thighs of a linebacker, and also a bit of a belly obvious through his tank. But still, he's undeniably hot.

So, anyone else find guys built like that attractive?

    Nope. I like'm lean.
I've heard people call you're describing a "roid gut" though I've no experience with roids, so I'm not sure on that one.

I certainly do! My boyfriend is built that way--thick legs, broad shoulders, big arms, rock solid chest, but a nice comfy belly to lay my head on.

That kind of describes me. I am a beefy guy with a bit of a beer belly, though mines not from beer, it's from life lol. Though it's been shrinking every week lately. Get it while it's there!

Subcutaneous fat is an interesting thing, and plays an important role in attraction, for both genders. It's actually kind of funny, if I want to just ogle a guy in person or an ad I'll want him very lean, but I'd rather have a guy who's cushier in terms of a mate. Although I and everyone else have been programmed through decades of media bombardment that shrinkwrapped and rail thin are what looks good in marketing campaigns, so it makes sense.

Also, I dated a guy with a flawless physique. I'd just stare at him naked in bed while he was asleep and be like "ok, I don't have that, that, I'm fat right there, my chest will never look like THAT, the HELL will I ever have abs like THAT". Then I'd poke his body a little, because it's fun to poke at a body like that.

Big belly should not be big enough to go way ahead of chest. That looks a bit odd to me, but thats just my personal preference.
There is a guy at my gym who has a bigger than usual belly, but then he has huge shoulders and chest, so belly doesn't look awkward.

He looks like he should be someones maternity ward and sounds like a retired queen. Just sad... How on earth do you get a belly that huge?

Yes, I do. They remind me of bouncers. I've always wanted to trade sexual favors to a bouncer in order to get backstage into a concert or something. I don't even particularly want to go backstage at a concert, I just find the idea thrilling.
