    Ok, so I'm looking to bulk up A LOT. tired of being the skinny kid and just wondering if i can get any tips on what i should begin doing to workout, and what my diet should consist of.... and strange, but any tips on how to not be "cute" lol more "hot and less cute" lol Thanks for reading my ridiculousness lol icon_lol.gif

    I guess for serious training my first questions would be...
    1. What is your initial goal?
    2. Is that goal attainable with your genetics?
    3. What have you already been doing?
    4. What is your fitness budget?
    5. Are you wanting this new physique goal to last a lifetime? (that will require a lifetime of work)
    6. What's your phone number? ...to setup a 2nd appointment, of course. icon_razz.gif
