Any advise would be great

    I am trying to lean out/lose belly fat

    Age: 43
    HT: 6"
    Weight: 240

    I have been eating clean for the last past 4 months- no booze plenty of water
    My workout is done @ home and it mirrors the following:

    Mon: Bis/Tris + 20 min cardio on treddy
    Tues: Squats/Pushups/Calves + 20 min on Treddy
    Wed: 30 min cardio
    Thurs: Shoulders/Lats/Chest+ 20 min on treddy
    Frid: Cardio

    Cardio: 20 to 30 min powerwalking to jogging

    I eat a high protein diet- I try to eat every 3 hours or so.
    Chicken, lean turkey, beans, tuna

    My belly dosent seem to be shrinking. I have noticed some definition in my arms though.

    Any advise would be great!

    Your body sheds fat in the same but opposite proportions as it stores fat.
    For many people (myself included) the belly gets the fat first, and loses the fat last.
    Just be patient and keep up your routine.
    It also looks like you may be overtraining, or very close to it.
    Try taking an extra day off each week for a month and see if that helps.
