introducing variations in your work-outs

    Its often suggested to continously challenge muscle groups in a unique way. This is expected to keep them guessing with the end result; greater muscle size and strength.

    I would appreciate if you could share your methods of varying your workouts in this forum.

    Have a read through the 12 Week Lean & Strong workout plan on this website. Its full of unusual and challenging exercises that give you an all-over workout. The trick is to have an arsenal of exercises for each body part that you can interchange.
