    Hey guys,
What are some the top songs you currently play while working out? I'm trying to expand my library of songs on my iPod and I think this topic could be useful to everyone.icon_biggrin.gif

    2. Sexy Chick by David Guetta ft Akon
    3. Dynamite by Taio Cruz
    4. Ridin Solo by Jason Derulo

Nothing. I like concentrating on the workout. It's entertaining enough. And I don't need music to distract me or inspire me (not that there is anything wrong with that).

for lifting, anything by we are scientists. but when i'm out running i don't listen to anything, even if i'm going for like 20 miles. i find focusing on my breathing and my run itself to be very meditative and therapeutic.

I put my ipod on shuffle quite often, so every once in a while my 6 year old daughter's Alvin and the Chipmunk songs come on when I'm running.

Pretty sure Alvin and the Chipmunks are one of the signs of 'The Last Days' as foretold in revelations..

    Revelations 6:7 and 6.8.....
7: And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
8: And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakwell. And power was given to them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

    Really.
    It's true.

I never workout without music! I find that music in my ears can make me keep working out the whole day! Usually I like to change up my playlists every so often and update the songs to keep it fresh.

1 the new Arcade Fire album
    2 Lady Gaga Alejandro
    3 Radiohead
    4 Passion Pit
    5 The National

I used to bring the MP3 to the gym but I found that I would waste time looking for the right song for a particular exercise....So I'm stuck listening or more accurately tuning out to the bubble gum disco / house music at the gym
