Personal Trainer...

    So when I signed up at my Gym, they gave me personal training sessions when I singed up. I have 4 sessions with my trainer starting today. Is there anything that is helpful info when working with the trainer. ie... getting the most out of it. Am I wasting my time with this? I hear alot of people say that the trainers at my gym aren't good?

    Well, a decent PT will not be a waste of time, but in order to make the most of it you have to a) be very clear and specific about your targets and b) put the effort in the rest of the time, outside of the sessions!

    Hopefully they will draw up a workout plan for you to follow, and if you have any questions about training or nutrition then be sure to ask them while you can! Definitely take advantage of these free sessions, as personal training sessions are usually quite expensive!
