Anyone here into offroad sports. It't probably not a traditional sport but some people call it that. Any guys who are local to me we should get together.

When I was in high school and college we used to go mudding in local rice fields and bayou areas. I miss that, it was a lot of fun. I've never owned a 4x4 myself though. Nowdays I've begun harboring fantasies of getting a boat. Lots of awesome lakes where I live.

I've had the chance to ride in a couple of these before:

I drive a Ram 1500 now. Take pretty good care of it, but always relish the opportunity to speed through dirt parking lots, or jump over a curb. icon_redface.gif

Awesome!! I have a Jeep that I take rockcrawling a few times a month. Also have a Dodge 2500 4x4 but that's the tow rig for the Jeep and doesn't go offroad.

Mud is great but its alot of work and hard on parts. Would be great to meet up with a few local guys to hit the trails with!

I go out a lot in my Toyota FJ Cruiser, and love it! Don't know any other gay guys into it though, which is too bad! I just spent the Christmas weekend camping and off-roading (and hiking) in the Anza-Borrego desert outside of San Diego!

I guess taking forest and logging roads is not considered off-roading, but I was unable to do more with my old Buick... I used to drive it in the mountains around Diamond Peak, OR. Got stuck in a snow drift once, but I was prepared, so I dug msyelf out of it again. It has been in places where some of my former neighbors would not take their pretty SUV's... I'd like to get myself a Cherokee... but then there is not much use for them here in Germany. Perhaps when I move to Peru once I finish my degree. Gotta have an off-road vehicle to get close to volcanoes...
