If you've given up smoking or some other vice, did you feel like this?

Pretty funny. The only bad habit I've had to break was drinking pop and it was gradual... no issues.

My bf quit smoking all of a sudden and he didn't have any issues like those
mentioned in the video, except he gained about 5 pounds I believe.

I quit via hypnosis and had no withdrawal symptoms. But the hypnosis wore off in a couple years and I started smoking again to prevent the massive overeating I was doing.

Having had waay too much experience (AND giving up) every "vice" known to man... I cannot say I ever had that much trouble controlling my temper or emotions to the extent the flight attendent video shows.
I have ONE left... smoking... and on that one, I fear for anyone who happens to be in my presence, should I EVER decide I've had enough of that!! .icon_rolleyes.gif

    Hear hear!
I wish we could sue the fuck out of the tobacco companies enough to shut them down for making the product so fucking addictive (because tobacco in itself isn't as addictive without all the stupid additives).

But I am proud to say that smoking is also my only unhealthy vice. Making the switch to a healthier diet was super easy compared to quitting smoking, and I feel MUCH healthier now than when I was smoke-free and eating like a pig.
