With my upcoming move..it's going to be cold in the winter time where I will be.. so I think this will be a great keep motivating tool for me.

I should be able to get through a couple of rounds.

Which 'package' of p90x do you recommend to those that have gone through it?

I haven't tried it but others here have. In fact there have been several other forum topics started in regards to it.

I agree that it's very hard work...Most definitely not for someone just getting started with a workout routine. What I've seen and heard from people at my gym is that if you try to get started with this without already being in pretty good shape, you'll burn out fast and give up.

If you can stick with it you'll look and feel amazing at the end.

    Good luck!

I love p90x, if you stick to the program and use the calendar to organize your workouts, it seriously works! I did track and wrestled but this workout seriously kicks your butt. Deffinitely worth it.

It's difficult but it works. I would recommend that you watch each program once, then mute it. Mute the shit out of that TV. Otherwise Tony, the orange bug-eyed man, will likely drive you to suicide.

Ahaha, I know what you mean. I occasionally catch myself saying, "Shut the F*ck up, Tony!!!" I mean, he will randomly start making bird noises in between sets... among other things.

Although back to the question; P90X is great if you are willing to stick with it and to buy the necessary equipment.

Check out ebay. It will save you a lot of money on equipment and the programs from those that folded

I've done it ... it's a great all inclusive workout regimen
and I've incorporated some of it into my regular workouts even now

But be careful about jumping into it and trying to do everything they do at the first shot
