Please! i been going to the gym for about 3 months just lifting upper body and lower as well. i was able to lift more weight now over that period of time but my chest is just not where i want it to be. i was hoping you guys that have more experience on hand could help me out with a ideal routine or if supplements work because i don't take any just protein from food. i have done what i know. i need some advice.icon_question.gif
