Ran in my high school's 2 mile Alumni Race. It is alumni verses the current team. I finished 19th overall (6th alumni in). I ran 11:58 which is 5:59 pace.

I didn't go out too fast but at the mile got caught with a few guys that decided to slow down. I ended up leaving them behind, shortly after so I could get moving. Good thing I did or I would have been over the 12 minute mark.

    That's fantastic Zox!

Thanks for keeping these threads alive. I hope to be back to posting runs soon. My calf is still all screwed up but I'm icing three times a day.

10 miles today--on a treadmill--and it totally kicked my butt. Not sure why it was so hard today.

I'm a little late, but I ran 5.25 miles Saturday morning for the first time since I started running again after my issues with sesamoiditis. I was so freakin happy when I finished!
