Hey guys, I'm starting the RealJock Strength Foundation 12-Week Workout Program , next week with a buddy of mine, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice or helpful tips about the program, maybe if you've done it.
Also, if you had any information about what kind of diet I should follow while working on this program.
