I dunno if this has been done before or what so apologies if it has!

I was just wondering if it's normal to wanna eat like CRAZY when you're putting on lean muscle? I've never had muscle so having them feels a bit weird. lol

I've been having really bad cravings for everything - always in the evenings. Im eating about 1800cals which is ok for my size (i'm 5'11 & 170lbs) spread around 4 meals a day. I try to do the 6 meal a day thing when I can.

Is this normal or am I just turning into a FAT BITCH
