I have white spots on my upper lip. They are sebaceous spots per a dermatologist. They are clumped together where it looks like some big bodacious spot when not examined closely. My lip area was tingling and it got worse a month ago. I also have significant issue my forehead looking shiny and greasy at times even in moderate temps and minor physical activity. I've been tested before for HIV. Does anyone know what this could be? I've been dealing with this for 2 years by trying to conceal the issue with facial hair. I can get pictures of my concerns if someone has any answers.

I found this link online about Fordyce spots.

I googled "white spots on upper lip tingling"

You might try that search and see if there is more info available.

Sounds like you were worried the spots might be related to HIV. Get tested again and have a doctor see your lip. As for the oily forehead skin, a lot of guys get that. Fear can drive you crazy. The only way you'll get rid of that fear is by getting to a doctor and getting it seen to and treated. Get off your butt, phone your doctor and you'll get rid of the fear. Smile! It doesn't sound that bad icon_biggrin.gif.
