I just started it, are we suppost to do ALL these exercises each time we go to the gym? Both sessions? I'm spending over 2 hours each time and by the second session I'm wiped out since some exercises are to exhaustion. Directions are minimal explaining this workout plan. Help

Yes, you should be doing all the exercises as written in the plan. It should not be taking you 2 hours. I get through the entire days program in about 45-50 minutes.

Thanks so much. They offer absolutely no directions, I didn't understand the two sessions, to me a session is one trip to the gym. I'll do what one guy suggests and print it out with the pictures.

I've been working out for some time but this seems like something different that I could use. I'll pass on all the cardio, no way I'm going to the gym 6 days a week. then again, at home, I love step aerobics. Wish I could afford a tredmill!!

Yeah, it takes me about 1 full hour to do the exercises. And that includes waiting for stations a few times in the busy after-work hours. My big suggestion would be to read through the day's exercises before you get to the gym. Some of them are a little complicated, because many of the exercises are multiple focus (squat with row, etc.). That will save you a lot of standing-around-and-reading time.

Also if you are working with a partner, for some of the exercises (lunges, squats, dumbbells), you can clearly do them simultaneously to save time.
