I ran 6-miles on the indoor track then did some pull-ups, sit-ups and push-ups.

My feet keep falling asleep after about 4 miles so I just ran through it and by the end they were starting to get the feeling back.

Were your shoes tied really tight? Sometimes that happens to me too.

Well if they aren't tied tight enough, I end up with blisters because my feet move around in the shoe

Hmmm. I guess as long as you're not tripping or stumbling with those sleepy feets, it's okay. But still I might try a little bit looser on tying them...still, great work.

10 miles, with a product called "nip guards." Felt a little silly wearing them, but . . . heck . . . they work.
