Which is better? Sprinting or running long distances? Ive brrn reading a lot on sprinting and I think that is the way to go....its really just for fat burining!

    eat right.. burn more calories then you consume.

    Sprinting. Jogging. riding a bike. what ever will burn calories doing those things will also raise your metabolic rate but you can do any of them and if you do it with high enough intensity it will all have the same effect of raising your metabolism and keeping it there.

    For quick results, do interval training, ie sprints with rest. It doesn't need to be fancy, but even on a treadmill it does the job well.

    I hate running/sprinting, its makes me all sweaty and red. I hate sweating! Sorry off-topic ;3

    Well is you dont like to sweat, you do things like pilates and yoga...
