    I'm going to assume the driver was pretty plastered, and at least by the looks of things doesn't look like anyone was seriously injured.

    Reminds me of the bubble-gum chewing blond bitch who failed to pass my truck & side-swiped it last year.
    Actually she knocked an F-250 4x4 backwards 25 feet (with my foot on the brake!) when she failed to pass me on a narrow road. Claimed she was 'only doing 15 MPH'... AND! She was driving a Chevy Cobalt!
    The State Trooper told her "Honey, there just ain't no way you were doing less than 35 MPH when you hit him! You can't possibly push a 4500 pound truck that far back at 15 MPH.
    And besides, a man would have made it past without hitting him!"

    I laughed my ass off over that one!

    wow that would be a great drunk driving commercial.. people are often more motivated by the threat of humiliation than the thought they may kill someone.
