I used this on my lifting days for a few weeks but have since stopped. I have not taken any kind of N.O. reactors before so is it typical to feeling a full body tingling sensation after you've taking the stuff? When I take Xpand Xtreme Pump, I feeling tingly all over my body. I use the caffeine free version just so that I don't get jacked up on caffeine. Is this supposed to happen?

Also if you use this stuff, do you also have bowel movements fairly soon after taking it? I have that problem after taking this stuff. I believe that it has helped me with my fitness goals but these other affects are not exactly worth it to me in my opinion. I'm not sure if others have had similar experiences or if it's just me. Is it only this product in particular or do all N.O. reactors act the same way?

I might just go back to creatine only since I got good results from that as well and had none of these weird side effects. Thanks for any insight!

I recently stopped using Xpand. Was using it for over a year, until I dieted down for my reunion (see profile for explanation) I loved it, had the same tingle, which is the blood flushing through the muscle. You can actually see the skin go red, flushed with blood, looks like a slight sun burn. Will be taking it again soon, according to my trainer's schedule for my lifting. The only thing I didn't like about it was, it was way too tart, and powdery. Any movement, like pouring the powder in a glass/cup, and you were in a fog of Xpand... but I recommend it. I got results very quickly...

I haven't used that exact product, although I'd love to try it... But I've had that feeling from a few others, and it is quite normal. Jack3d used to give me that feeling all the time when it was first released.. Anymore it's just flavored water to me, I don't know why, but it just doesn't work like it used to.

And I wouldn't say that my body is used to it either because I rarely take it.. I think I've had maybe 4 containers total. And one was directly from the company before it hit the shelves (at a dang good price too lol.. Those retailers are making good money on that stuff)

What does it actually DO, though?

I used NO Xplode for a while - the caffeine made me look like I was in a hypomanic episode. The tingling sensation diminishes once you start lifting since the blood flow is more directed to muscle tissue and less to skin surface.

As I understand and I certainly could be wrong these supplements increase Nitric oxide to carry oxygen to the muscles during intense training - blood vessels dilate. Some have enzymes that break down alanine to create nitric oxide for the same purpose as i understand it.

I can't even deal with the taste of NO Xplode anymore. It makes me gag now. I ended up going to a preworkout pill that pretty much does the same thing without any taste.
