A4A: Interesting if not kind of trashy site.

SO, I put up a profile a couple of days ago; I then update the profile to include the info for a ride share to the beach I'd like to do over the upcoming weekend.

    I log out.

A couple of days later (well, tonight) I log in, and within minutes I get like two dozen emails and IMs from folks wanting me to do various "friendly things" to them.

After about 15 minutes of discoursing with one young fella who I probably could get myself in trouble over, I decide to log out and drop off the radar.

I log back in 30min later to finish up my ad/announcement, this time flagging as "Online - not looking", and putting some words to that effect in the text of the profile (probably hasn't taken hold yet).

Must be a combination of the "New Meat!!" syndrome wearing off and the "not looking" flag... but not a single peep in the past two hours I've had the window open and logged in. (This is good in that I'm not getting messaged by guy who want to me to do "thus and thus" to them, but not so good since it seems like thre's nobody on the dang site except guys looking for a quick hook-up),

Really, I just want some new folks to go to the (legal) nude beach b/c my (mostly straight) friends ain't having no part of beach nekkidness. icon_razz.gif

Guess A4A just don't roll with that either.

I need some new gay friends who like hanging out au natural on the beach without expectations of a hook-up I really can't provide icon_neutral.gif

    No shit.
I used a4a quite a bit in Tampa Bay area, but I haven't even logged in since since I moved back to Miami. There's no need. icon_lol.gif
